1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the services provided by Excellence Automotive Driving Sdn Bhd (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our driving courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Course Registration & Eligibility

  1. Students must meet the minimum legal age requirements prescribed by the Road Transport Department Malaysia (JPJ).
  2. Students must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.
  3. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration if false or misleading information is provided.

3. Course Fees & Payment

  1. All course fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  2. Full payment or deposit (if applicable) must be made before the commencement of training.
  3. Payments are non-transferable without written approval from the Company.
  4. Additional fees may apply for JPJ re-tests, extra sessions, or missed sessions without notice.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

  1. Students are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions.
  2. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled session.
  3. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
  4. The Company reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. JPJ Test & Re-Test Policy

  1. JPJ test dates are subject to availability and approval by JPJ.
  2. Passing the JPJ test depends on student performance and compliance with JPJ standards.
  3. The Company does not guarantee passing of the JPJ examination.
  4. Re-test fees and additional required training are the responsibility of the student.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Registration fees are non-refundable.
  2. Refund requests for unused portions of training will be evaluated case-by-case.
  3. No refunds will be granted once JPJ test registration has been submitted.
  4. Approved refunds may be subject to administrative charges.

7. Student Conduct & Safety

  1. Students must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.
  2. The Company may suspend or terminate training for unsafe behavior or rule violations.
  3. The Company is not liable for accidents resulting from negligence or failure to follow instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company shall not be liable for personal injury arising from failure to follow instructions.
  2. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by government authorities or circumstances beyond our control.
  3. Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the course.

9. Website Usage

  1. All website content is the property of the Company and may not be reproduced without permission.
  2. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

10. Personal Data

All personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
